Exceptional patient care! I’ve worked in healthcare for many years and I can honestly say that Dr. Koveck cares for his patients. He took office time to meet with me one-on-one to develop a care plan that was tailored to my specific needs. It’s not every day a patient gets that kind of exceptional care! Where to begin. From the moment you walk in the doors you are immediately greeted with a smile from the front staff. They are kind and welcoming and already i know i’m going to have a great experience! Knowing of my past experiences, Sam was extremely gentle with my cleaning and made sure i was doing okay throughout the appointment. Sam is thorough with her patients and takes the time to get to know who she’s working on! When i had restorative work done, Dr. Koveck, Kim and Missy settled my nerves when the procedure began. Dr. Koveck is one of a kind. He is an AMAZING dentist and is so genuine with his patients and makes them feel comfortable from the moment you are seated to when you are dismissed. Kim and Missy are incredible assistants. So talented, knowledgeable, and overall happy people who light up the room when they bring you back into the chair. I was able to get a same day new patient appointment for a cleaning and exam. Julie at the front desk is very kind. She was swamped with patients in the office and on the phone and treated everyone in a calm, caring and professional manner. I had the pleasure of getting Sam as my hygienist. I can’t say enough about her expertise, patience and knowledge. I had the most thorough cleaning ever. She took her time and was very gentle. Dr Koveck did a thorough exam and had some great recommendations. I highly recommend this dental practice.

From front desk, to cleaning, to procedural work, the staff has been friendly/personable, and more than accommodating to get me in last min on an already full schedule. I was thankful for Dr. Koveck who took his time to explain the (root canal) procedure, calm my nerves, and check in along the way. Highly recommend!!

10 out of 10 reccomend this dentist office. We've been going to this office for about 3 years. It's switched owners in that time. And from a patients POV it seemed to of been a smooth transition. As a patient there hasn't been any issues, with any part of care or plan of care fory entire family. The staff are always pleasant, polite and everyone acknowledgeds you. My kids are 4 and 6 and they are comfortable with the staff. The hygienist are knowledgeable and can answer all my questions. The front desk staff are on top of the insurance portions of payments and care. The Denist is professional, polite and answers any questions or concerns about care. I reccomend this office. As a patient I've never had an issue with annual care, procedures, or appointments times. The staff and Doctor are all professional and helpful in all concerning areas.

I recently started going to Koveck Family Dentistry. Dr. Koveck and the whole staff is super friendly! I had to get a crown and it could not have went any better. I Had the temporary crown put on on a Wednesday and they called me the following Monday that the permanent one came in, so the whole process was done in less than a week. Highly recommend!

Dr. Koveck and his team are genuinely phenomenal. Every time I have gone into the office I have felt very welcomed and the staff have made me feel comfortable. The staff from the time you enter the door are warm and friendly, but also very skilled and knowledgeable. I have had dental work performed with other dentists at other offices, but Dr. Koveck truly outshines any of them. His skills and expertise make you feel comfortable and in great hands, but the best part is that he is personable and he takes the time to get to know you and answers questions and concerns.
